About the Role

VanGATE is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to support our in-house manufacturing operations. You will operate CNC laser cutting, press brake, and other fabrication equipment to produce precision components used in our custom doors, gates, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines, press brakes, and fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Set up machines and perform routine adjustments.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment issues and assist with routine machine maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
